Corporate Lawyer – Tech Division

About the role

Herzog Fox & Neeman is looking for a skilled corporate lawyer to join its Tech Division. You will advise fast‑growing technology companies on a wide range of corporate law matters, from M&A to venture capital and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and venture capital transactions.
• Draft and negotiate shareholder agreements, investment agreements, and executive employment contracts.
• Prepare corporate governance documents, board resolutions, and regulatory filings.
• Support board and executive management on governance and compliance issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and advise clients on related legal implications.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience at a leading law firm in Israel or a common‑law jurisdiction (US, UK, Canada, Australia).
• Graduated from a top university and admitted to practice law in Israel and/or the relevant jurisdiction.
• Native‑level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated excellence in corporate law with a strong track record of drafting and negotiating key agreements.
• Passionate, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
