Attorney – Trust Services Department

About the role

We are seeking an Attorney to join our Trust Services Department, providing legal and professional support on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans in accordance with Israeli tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal and professional support to clients on trust matters and employee equity compensation plans under Section 102 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance.
• Support private and public companies, both Israeli and international, in managing employee stock option and share plans.
• Advise operational teams and clients on legal, tax, and trust-related issues concerning compensation plans administered by the company as trustee.
• Offer legal and trustee assistance in share purchase transactions.
• Review tax rulings and arrangements and guide their implementation.
• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, agreements, and allocation documents.

Required profile

• LL.B. or Bachelor’s Degree in Law and admission to the Israeli Bar Association.
• 1–2 years of professional experience as an attorney.
• High level of English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
