About the role
IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support hematology and rheumatology studies in Israel. You will work closely with study sites and client representatives to ensure high‑quality clinical trial execution.
Key responsibilities
- Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out visits after completing the training period.
- Support the development of subject recruitment plans.
- Evaluate site practices for compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guidelines.
- Track regulatory submissions, recruitment metrics, case report form completion and data query resolutions.
- Collaborate with experts at study sites and with client representatives.
Required profile
- University degree in a scientific discipline or health care.
- Minimum 6 months experience in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical trial environment.
- Excellent command of Hebrew and English.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel and a valid class B driver’s license.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
