Vice President of Quality (VP QA)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Quality to lead our Quality Assurance function at LTS’s Israeli site. The role is permanent, full‑time and hybrid, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute short‑term and long‑term QA strategy, including 1‑ and 3‑year plans and budget management.
• Oversee all QA/QC activities such as CAPA, NCMR, ECO, SCAR, incoming, in‑process and final inspections, and product release.
• Act as the management representative for the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with regulatory and certification agencies.
• Lead internal and supplier audits, certify suppliers, and prepare for external audits.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in science or engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of QA experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven QA leadership in a medical‑device environment.
• Experience with ISO standards and external audits.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and medical‑device regulations.
• Expertise in conducting internal, supplier and external audits.
• Understanding of clean‑room and sterilization processes.
• Proficiency with all MS‑Office applications.
