About the role
Join Johnson & Johnson’s R&D Software/Systems Engineering team to develop, test, and deploy software solutions that support scalable, usable, and high‑performance medical products.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in development, testing, and deployment of software and document issues encountered.
- Assist in identifying product design features to enhance scalability, usability, and performance.
- Take part in design and code reviews for new enhancements and maintenance work.
- Examine technical reports and memoranda to find improvement opportunities.
- Coach junior colleagues on techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Required profile
- Works to achieve day‑to‑day objectives with moderate impact within the R&D team.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives.
- Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders.
