About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's R&D team in Yokneam, Israel, focusing on electrical and mechatronic product development. You will support day‑to‑day engineering objectives and contribute to new product specifications.

Key responsibilities

  • Organize process documents defining user, functional, and technical specifications for new products.
  • Participate in testing and debugging prototypes, verifying that specifications are met.
  • Assist in writing assembly procedures and QC test procedures for new designs.
  • Compile data for technical reports, memoranda, and other documentation.

Required profile

  • Ability to work under guidance from leadership to achieve engineering objectives.
  • Understanding and application of Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.
