About the role

We are seeking an Associate Urban Renewal Attorney to join a dynamic legal team focused on landmark urban renewal projects across Israel. You will be involved from the planning stage through completion, contributing to transactions that reshape communities and city skylines.

Key responsibilities

Manage and support urban renewal and redevelopment projects from start to finish.
Lead negotiations and draft complex legal agreements.
Collaborate closely with developers, property owners, and various professional stakeholders.
Participate in signing events and meetings with property owners.
Handle complex legal matters with a significant impact on the real estate market.

Required profile

Israeli Bar membership and a valid law license (mandatory).
Minimum of 2 years experience in urban renewal within a law firm (mandatory).
Proven experience representing developers and handling real estate transactions (mandatory).
Ability to independently manage files while working effectively within a team.
Strong business acumen, accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
