About the role

We are a family‑style tourism company with over 50 years of experience in Israel, seeking a professional and pleasant team player to manage pilgrimage and inbound tourism groups.

Key responsibilities

Plan and operate pilgrimage and incoming tourism groups throughout Israel.
Coordinate hotels, transportation, sites, guides and other suppliers.
Work closely with pastors, group leaders, agents and international clients.
Manage itineraries, logistics and group files from arrival to departure.

Required profile

Proven experience in incoming tourism or organized groups in Israel.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
High service awareness, patience and attention to detail.
Pleasant personality with a positive, team‑oriented approach.
