About the role
We are a family‑style tourism company with over 50 years of experience in Israel, seeking a professional and pleasant team player to manage pilgrimage and inbound tourism groups.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and operate pilgrimage and incoming tourism groups throughout Israel.
- Coordinate hotels, transportation, sites, guides and other suppliers.
- Work closely with pastors, group leaders, agents and international clients.
- Manage itineraries, logistics and group files from arrival to departure.
Required profile
- Proven experience in incoming tourism or organized groups in Israel.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- High service awareness, patience and attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality with a positive, team‑oriented approach.
