Technical Support Engineer (L2/L3) – Cloud SaaS & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (L2/L3) to join a fast‑growing cybersecurity project backed by Check Point. You will provide advanced support for cloud‑based SaaS security products, helping enterprise customers detect and remediate real‑time threats.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for cloud SaaS security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug REST APIs, SaaS platforms and distributed systems.
• Assist customers in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and resolve integration issues.
• Develop and maintain Bash and Python scripts to automate diagnostics and support workflows.
• Leverage AI tools in daily support processes to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Tier 2/3 support for cloud SaaS products.
• Proven experience working directly with enterprise (B2B) customers.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic abilities with excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, process‑oriented environment.
