Senior Software Engineer – AI‑Powered FinTech (Tel Aviv)

About the role

The Alterya team at Chainalysis builds AI‑driven fintech and threat‑intelligence solutions. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a core group developing production‑grade backend services, data pipelines, and infrastructure in a multi‑cloud, hybrid SaaS environment. The position is based in Tel Aviv and offers the chance to work on cutting‑edge AI applications for cryptocurrency security.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers to define architecture, quality standards, and best practices.
• Proactively manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high code quality.
• Interface with R&D and other business units, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Deliver simple, maintainable, well‑tested code and solutions for backend services and data collection.
• Build and operate production‑grade services in a multi‑cloud, hybrid SaaS environment.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a backend developer delivering high‑quality products.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
