About the role

The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of the award‑winning Alena restaurant within The Norman Tel Aviv luxury hotel. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures a seamless guest experience while upholding the hotel’s high standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules and supervise both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of restaurant personnel.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to maintain food and beverage quality.
• Oversee reservations, floor plans, and guest feedback handling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory control, and cost‑management initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication with hotel departments and ensure operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused mindset with proven experience in customer satisfaction and service.
• Background in food & beverage operations, preferably fine‑dining.
• Experience in hiring, interviewing, and staff development.
• Previous leadership experience in restaurant or hotel F&B management.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on‑site in Tel Aviv‑Yafo.
• Professional fluency in English; Hebrew is a plus.
• Relevant hospitality or management education is beneficial.
