Receptionist (Guest Experience Expert)

About the role

As a Receptionist (Guest Experience Expert) you will be the first point of contact for guests at our Sheraton hotel in Tel Aviv. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and deliver personalized service that makes each stay memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and handle reservations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests, providing local area information and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate guest records, complete daily reports, and follow all safety and security protocols.
• Uphold company policies, confidentiality standards, and professional appearance at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
