About the role

The Guest Relations Manager is the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay. You will act as a Guest Experience Expert, guiding visitors through check‑in, stay, and check‑out while delivering personalized service that reflects the Sheraton brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of guest services, from processing operational needs to handling special requests.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports and operational documentation.
  • Provide guests with local area highlights and recommendations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
  • Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
  • Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

  • No specific technical skills required; ability to provide excellent guest service and perform physical tasks as described.
