Remote Sales Representative (Israel)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join 8200 Academy’s remote team in Israel. You will work exclusively with warm inbound leads—parents who have already expressed interest in our technology‑focused education programs—and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads via phone, email or video call to understand their needs.
• Present the Academy’s courses and explain the benefits and admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly enrollment targets and report performance metrics.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve lead quality.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in education or course sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of self‑discipline and personal accountability.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Residency in Israel during working hours (remote work from abroad is not permitted).
