Sales Enablement Manager

About the role

AppsFlyer is looking for an AI‑Native Sales Enablement Manager to transform its global revenue team into an AI‑first organization. You will design interactive AI hubs, coach reps on AI‑driven workflows, and embed AI into daily selling activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI‑powered enablement infrastructure such as interactive hubs, AI‑assisted certification, and role‑play tools.
• Coach the sales team on using AI for prospecting, account research, and deal preparation.
• Evaluate, pilot, and scale new AI tools relevant to sales and enablement.
• Drive AI adoption across the sales organization, making it part of the regular workflow.
• Deliver end‑to‑end training for the global sales team, owning the Flyer Program.
• Partner with Sales, CS, L&D, RevOps, and Product to align AI enablement with company strategy.
• Run Gong reviews and conduct training needs analysis to prioritize AI‑first initiatives.
• Develop coaching, mentoring, and advanced skills programs to elevate sales reps into trusted advisors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS B2B environment.
• Deep knowledge of the mobile marketing ecosystem.
• Proven track record developing and delivering training content.
• Fluent with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar, and experience building AI‑first assets.
• Strong grasp of sales methodologies and processes.
• Experience leading change and adoption of new tools, especially AI.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Data‑oriented with hands‑on experience in Excel, Looker (or comparable BI tools), and Salesforce.
• End‑to‑end project management experience.
• Team‑player mindset with the ability to lead through influence.
