Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

Reindeer‑AI is building an agentic AI platform that transforms complex business workflows into AI‑powered operations. As a Marketing Operations Manager you will own the end‑to‑end funnel, create the lifecycle, data, tooling and standards that drive measurable enterprise impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define lead lifecycle and routing, including inbound forms, events, paid channels, outbound, partners and product signals.
• Build and maintain segmentation lists, enrichment processes and data hygiene for demand‑gen, field marketing and SDR teams.
• Own all marketing tools – evaluation, procurement, administration, integrations, seats and renewals – and ensure tracking codes fire correctly.
• Design attribution models, build reporting on funnel conversion, channel performance, cost per qualified meeting and pipeline contribution.
• Manage HubSpot as the system of record, creating interfaces for SDRs and reporting for leadership while curating complementary tools.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in marketing or revenue operations at a B2B enterprise‑sales company.
• Deep expertise with HubSpot as both CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Proven ability to design a lead lifecycle and routing model from scratch.
• Strong command of attribution modeling, tracking (Tag Manager, pixels, UTM standards) and conversion tracking.
• Comfortable working directly with data – enrichment, deduplication, list operations and analysis in spreadsheets or SQL.
• Hands‑on experience automating workflows with AI and clear communication skills.
