PPC Campaign Specialist

About the role

Global-e is seeking a PPC Campaign Specialist to join its B2C Division. You will work directly with leading e‑commerce brands, planning, managing and optimizing paid‑media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously optimise campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and other advertising platforms.
• Develop digital strategies, define target audiences, structure campaigns and allocate media budgets for merchant accounts.
• Test new approaches, markets and product types to expand online revenue for our clients.
• Build trusted relationships with merchants, act as a strategic partner, and provide insights and recommendations.
• Communicate campaign performance, creative updates and opportunities regularly with merchants.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, analyse trends and KPIs, and present findings.
• Stay up‑to‑date with paid‑media industry trends and emerging advertising techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on PPC campaign management experience, including Google and Facebook platforms.
• Experience in the e‑commerce sector or digital‑marketing agency is a strong advantage.
• Native‑level English proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for client relationship building.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid proficiency in Excel.
• Proactive mindset focused on growth, problem‑solving and continuous learning.
