Product Marketing Lead

About the role

We’re looking for our first product marketing hire to own how the world understands what we build—from positioning to campaigns to sales assets. You’ll translate product features into compelling narratives that capture prospects and turn customers into champions.

Key responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging strategy by conducting market and user research and turning insights into differentiating narratives across channels and lifecycle stages.
• Write high‑converting copy for landing pages, ads, emails, social and web content that moves prospects through the funnel.
• Drive go‑to‑market launches, educate customers, drive adoption and turn new features into compelling stories.
• Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, ROI calculators and competitive positioning.
• Produce product marketing materials including demos, launch assets and customer stories.
• Run experiments and optimise campaigns, messaging and lifecycle flows using performance data.

Required profile

• 5+ years in product marketing, growth‑focused content marketing, messaging or similar at a fast‑paced B2B SaaS company.
• Strong instincts for copywriting, messaging and positioning in competitive, crowded markets.
• Proven ability to create high‑impact assets across formats: landing pages, social ads, sales decks, email campaigns, case studies, etc.
• Exceptional storytelling skills that bring clarity and emotion to complex ideas.
• Data‑driven mindset: test, measure and optimise relentlessly.
• Great collaborator who works seamlessly with Product, Sales, Leadership and other Marketing functions; resource‑ful, scrappy and a true owner in ambiguous startup environments.
