Growth Lead

About the role

Shapes is building an AI‑native people platform and needs a Growth Lead to own and scale its paid acquisition engine. You will drive qualified leads and pipeline across Meta, LinkedIn and other growth channels while maintaining disciplined ROI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel paid acquisition strategies, managing significant media budgets with focus on CPL, CAC, LTV/CAC and pipeline ROI.
• Own landing‑page optimization, conversion testing and the web experience that turns traffic into qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with creative, content and marketing ops to produce high‑performing ads and experiences.
• Develop attribution models and measurement frameworks to assess true channel performance and incrementality.
• Build and lead a lean, high‑output growth team and establish weekly performance reviews, monthly planning and quarterly goal‑setting rhythms.

Required profile

• 6+ years of performance/ growth marketing experience at a SaaS company, with a proven record of managing large paid media budgets.
• Deep expertise in paid social and discovery channels; hands‑on campaign management experience is essential.
• Strong analytical rigor – comfortable building dashboards, running experiments and making data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to translate complex performance data into clear insights for leadership.
• Startup mentality – resourceful, scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building from the ground up.
