IT Service Specialist

About the role

eToro is seeking an IT Service Specialist to join its fast‑growing team. You will provide comprehensive technical support across the organization, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and ensure high‑quality service for a global user base.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity, servers (VM and cloud), email clients, VPN, and multiple operating systems.
• Monitor and manage incidents, classify them accurately, and meet SLA targets for swift restoration.
• Administer user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Azure AD, G‑Suite, and Terminal Services.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, meeting‑room equipment, and other IT assets.
• Develop and run PowerShell/JSON/Jenkins scripts to automate routine tasks and improve workflows.
• Identify trends, gather evidence, and collaborate with the IT team to prevent recurring problems.
• Create and update technical documentation and end‑user procedures.
• Work with vendors to procure hardware and software solutions as needed.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and customer‑focus skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, handling multiple priorities under pressure.
