Help Desk Technician

About the role

Kaltura is looking for a Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for employees needing IT support. You will ensure a smooth technology experience across the organization by providing hands‑on assistance in Windows and macOS environments and supporting office collaboration spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support via phone, chat, email and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, Microsoft 365 and endpoint issues on Windows and macOS devices.
• Manage employee onboarding and off‑boarding, including device preparation, account provisioning and equipment collection.
• Administer devices with Microsoft Intune for compliance, software deployment and lifecycle management.
• Handle user accounts, permissions and access requests through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Support office technologies such as Crestron conference rooms, Zoom, Microsoft Teams Rooms, printers and AV systems.
• Provide technical assistance for internal events, town halls and meetings while maintaining accurate asset inventory.
