VP of Global Development

About the role

We are hiring a VP of Global Development, based in Israel, to lead our global resource development efforts and build long‑term relationships with U.S. philanthropists, family foundations and strategic partners. The role will help advance our mission and expand impact across Israel’s healthcare and HealthTech ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global resource development strategy and fundraising pipeline.
• Identify, cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, family foundations and philanthropic partners.
• Develop and manage fundraising opportunities from initial engagement through solicitation and long‑term stewardship.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership on major network engagement and strategic fundraising initiatives.
• Establish strategic partnerships with corporations, pharma, MedTech companies and other relevant U.S. organizations.
• Build the infrastructure and processes needed for a sustainable global resource development function.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in philanthropic fundraising, resource development, major gifts, foundation relations or strategic partnerships, with significant experience working with U.S. donors or organizations.
• Proven track record of building and stewarding relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and philanthropic organizations.
• Deep familiarity with American philanthropic and business culture.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong familiarity with the Israeli healthcare and HealthTech ecosystem – a strong advantage.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial and hands‑on with exceptional relationship‑building abilities.
