Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and continuously optimise paid social campaigns on Facebook, TikTok and other non‑search channels.
• Analyse performance data, spot trends and make data‑driven recommendations to improve key KPIs.
• Scale high‑budget campaigns efficiently while protecting ROI.
• Collaborate with Business, Creative and Product teams to design innovative growth strategies.
• Stay current with platform updates, market trends and competitor tactics to maximise campaign success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in user acquisition or social campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and other paid‑social platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
