Organic Growth Manager

About the role

Guardio is looking for an Organic Growth Manager to own and expand the company’s visibility in search, AI‑driven overviews and large‑language‑model answer engines. The role is focused on driving organic revenue by turning search traffic into qualified customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end organic discoverability, from strategy to execution.
• Develop SEO and GEO strategies that increase visibility across traditional search, AI overviews and LLM‑powered answer engines.
• Design, run and document experiments, scaling the tactics that deliver results.
• Prioritise content and optimisation based on real customer demand and business goals.
• Integrate organic growth considerations into product launches and cross‑functional projects.
• Build external authority through editorial coverage, expert citations, brand mentions and high‑quality backlinks.
• Monitor algorithm updates, competitor moves and AI search trends, testing promising ideas quickly.
• Create and maintain a measurement framework covering visibility, traffic, conversion and revenue.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results in competitive markets.
• Practical experience with GEO, AEO and AI‑driven search, able to separate evidence from speculation.
• Strong background in technical SEO, on‑page optimisation and content strategy.
• Track record of growing organic revenue with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition and authority building.
• Comfortable owning a revenue target without a predefined playbook.
