Creative Lead

About the role

This hands‑on creative role at PointFive focuses on generating buzz, shares, and mindshare for the company’s infrastructure‑cost and AI‑cost solutions. You will originate ideas, build and ship campaigns, and watch their impact in real time.

Key responsibilities

• Invent and launch campaigns, games, tools, videos and interactive experiences that people voluntarily share.
• Transform PointFive research and customer success stories into shareable narratives for engineers, executives and press.
• Give PointFive a distinctive voice across LinkedIn, Reddit, community forums and events.
• Partner with field‑marketing to weave creative themes into conferences and larger campaigns.
• Run rapid experiments, keep what works and discard what doesn’t without drama.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build an audience from scratch (newsletter, community, side project, meetup, etc.).
• Deep familiarity with online platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, memes and community dynamics.
• Track record of creating content that people voluntarily share, with examples you can point to.
• Comfort with frequent experiment failure and a hunger to produce breakout work.

Required skills

• Strong writing ability with a purposeful sense of humor.
• Ability to craft technical or “boring” enterprise topics into engaging stories.
• Basic coding capability to ship simple landing pages, leaderboards or tools without waiting for engineering (bonus).
