Account Manager - Cybersecurity (Field Sales)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive field sales for Experis’ Cybersecurity division. You will work directly with new and existing clients, identifying security needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute field sales strategies for cybersecurity and information security services.
• Meet clients in person to uncover requirements, expand existing accounts and upsell services.
• Own an end‑to‑end client portfolio and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives for lead generation and pipeline management.
• Promote a range of solutions, including Security Operations Center (SOC) and other cybersecurity offerings.
• Represent Experis in the field and relay client feedback to internal teams.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Background in account management or client‑facing roles; recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong passion for field sales and client interaction.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly independent, organized and driven by targets.
