Travel Experience Agent

About the role

Join Navan’s Global Operations and Service team as a Travel Experience Agent, providing top‑tier support to travelers across chat, phone and email. You will act as the front line of the business, ensuring smooth journeys and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers with hotel, flight, car and rail bookings via multiple contact channels.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of suppliers, destinations and reservation systems.
• Analyze customer needs quickly and provide accurate information.
• Guide users on self‑service options within the Navan platform and app.
• Respond to inquiries within SLA expectations and follow travel, expense and compliance policies.
• Provide regular feedback to product, design and engineering teams.
• Participate in team meetings to stay informed on product launches and industry updates.
• Continuously develop travel industry expertise and adhere to attendance and training requirements.
• Meet individual performance metrics aligned with business objectives.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing corporate and leisure travel bookings.
• 3+ years advanced experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS (ticketing, reissues, voids, cancellations, EMD, MCO, PNR management).
• Knowledge of ARC and BSP market supplier content and booking practices.
• Strong understanding of complex itineraries, fare construction, nett fares, IT fares and corporate negotiated rates.
• Familiarity with NDC, low‑cost carriers and third‑party content aggregators is a plus.
• Comprehensive grasp of travel industry regulations and global compliance requirements.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in Hebrew and English.
