About the role
Air Doctor is a fast‑growing travel‑health tech startup that provides travelers with rapid, reliable medical care worldwide. We are seeking Customer Care Representatives to join our team and deliver exceptional support to customers when they need it most.
Required profile
- High‑level proficiency in English and Hebrew, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Experience working with global teams or in an international environment (advantage).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and decision‑making abilities in a fast‑paced setting.
- Leadership or command experience (advantage).
- Bachelor’s degree (advantage).
