Customer Services & Safety Agent

About the role

Bond is expanding and is seeking motivated individuals to support its growth. The Customer Services & Safety Agent will assist members throughout their Bond experience and respond to potential safety situations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class care via video, phone, email and chat, handling inquiries about products, services, billing and general use.
• Monitor and analyze support requests to select optimal solutions and resolve problems thoughtfully.
• Respond to security situations, coordinate appropriate responses and ensure member safety.
• Document, process and report information in real‑time or post‑incident while complying with data‑privacy policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail and ability to work in shift‑based environment including nights and weekends.
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods and to read computer‑generated data with varying colors and refresh rates.

Required skills

• High computer skills.
• Video editing capabilities.
