About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global executive search firm on a part‑time or full‑time basis. The role involves managing international recruiting projects across various industries and seniority levels, working closely with a worldwide recruitment team.
Key responsibilities
- Execute end‑to‑end global recruitment projects.
- Conduct targeted candidate searches, screenings, and interviews.
- Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the international recruitment team.
- Support recruitment operations and candidate engagement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (mandatory).
- Availability for at least three days per week, including mornings.
- Strong sales and marketing abilities.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Organized, proactive, and people‑oriented.
