About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our global executive search firm on a part‑time or full‑time basis. The role involves managing international recruiting projects across various industries and seniority levels, working closely with a worldwide recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

Execute end‑to‑end global recruitment projects.
Conduct targeted candidate searches, screenings, and interviews.
Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate with the international recruitment team.
Support recruitment operations and candidate engagement.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree or current student in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (mandatory).
Availability for at least three days per week, including mornings.
Strong sales and marketing abilities.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Organized, proactive, and people‑oriented.
