Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

A leading technology solutions provider in the Israeli market is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technological positions. You will partner with hiring managers across the organization to attract and select top technical talent.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end management of recruitment processes for technological positions.
• Understanding hiring needs of various departments and translating them into focused recruitment processes.
• Screening resumes, conducting phone and in‑person interviews, and managing selection and evaluation.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintaining continuous communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology recruitment.
• Strong familiarity with the technology job market and recruitment processes for technical roles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and perform well under pressure.
• Experience with recruitment systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Hunter.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology is an advantage.
