System Engineer – Cloud & Security Focus

About the role

Reline, a leading Managed Service Provider in Israel, is looking for a System Engineer to join its technical core. You will own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of client IT infrastructures, focusing on cloud, hybrid environments, and information security while working directly with senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on‑premise servers (Windows/Linux), networks, virtualization, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
• Implement and oversee information‑security solutions such as EDR/XDR platforms, firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and incident response.
• Design and execute backup and recovery strategies using Acronis and Keepit, ensuring tested restores.
• Lead end‑to‑end projects: scoping, planning, execution, and handover for cloud migrations, infrastructure rollouts, office relocations, and security deployments.
• Engage directly with clients through status meetings, technical consulting, and solution presentations.
• Monitor environments via the Atera RMM/PSA platform and participate in on‑call rotations for escalations.
• Document client environments in SharePoint to enable seamless knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and hybrid identity setups.
• Familiarity with backup solutions (Acronis, Keepit) and security tools (Sophos, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Fortinet).
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear client communication and manage expectations.
• Strong systems thinking, personal accountability, and a collaborative, documentation‑driven work style.
