Software Engineering Manager – Networking Management

About the role

NVIDIA is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high‑performing team that builds next‑generation networking management and orchestration tools for AI and machine‑learning infrastructure. You will drive cross‑functional initiatives, influence architecture, and ensure delivery of scalable, reliable solutions that power NVIDIA’s cutting‑edge ML platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers focused on networking management tools.
• Own execution of major cross‑functional projects involving software, networking, firmware, hardware, DevOps and system architecture teams.
• Define technical strategy, architecture decisions and long‑term roadmap for networking management solutions.
• Establish engineering best practices, operational excellence and high development standards.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance, debugging support and architectural direction when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software industry experience, including at least 3 years managing software engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale, complex software projects across multiple disciplines.
• Strong system‑level thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
