Site Technical Leader – Proton Therapy

About the role

The Site Technical Leader will oversee all technical aspects of the installation and maintenance phases for a Proton Therapy site in Tel Aviv. This position ensures that the facility operates under strict manufacturing and safety standards while meeting customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan daily on‑site activities, prioritising tasks to meet project timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and uptime commitments.
• Manage logistics, material handling, and liaison with subcontractors for supplies and storage.
• Verify compliance with customer requirements regarding technical performance, timing, and budget.
• Prepare budget reports, document activities, and develop improvement plans.
• Provide local accounting support and maintain clear communication with customers.
• Supervise the on‑site team, handling HR tasks such as time policy, planning, and performance management.
• Promote a high‑performance culture and motivate team members.

Required profile

• Strong overall technical knowledge of a Proton Therapy (PT) system.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a Proton Therapy Center (on‑site or R&D).
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented, rule‑compliant, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of issues.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional shifts, nights, or weekends.
