A leading financial institution is looking for an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to lead its Business Legal Advisory function. This strategic leadership position combines complex financing transactions, business‑oriented legal advice, and close collaboration with senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of legal professionals.
• Provide end‑to‑end legal support for corporate lending and financing transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and oversee complex commercial and financing agreements.
• Deliver legal advice and formal opinions on banking and finance matters.
• Lead regulatory implementation processes.
• Participate in credit committee discussions.

Required profile

• Qualified attorney with 7+ years of experience in Banking & Finance Law.
• Proven managerial experience.
• Previous experience in a bank, leading financial institution, or top‑tier commercial law firm.
• Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Strong business acumen, leadership capabilities, and decision‑making skills.
