Sales Representative

About the role

ShippingToGo, a fast‑growing international freight startup, is looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Israel. You will work with inbound leads, engage business customers, and help them choose the best shipping solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp and email, presenting the platform’s value proposition.
• Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, targeting strategic business customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular performance reports.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring high service quality.
• Foster long‑term relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet clear targets.
• Strong verbal communication and high service orientation.
• Proficient computer skills and comfortable using standard office tools.
• Full‑time availability and willingness to learn and develop.
