Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at Cynet, you will be the first point of contact in our channel growth strategy, opening doors with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) across EMEA. You will shape first impressions, qualify prospects, and lay the groundwork for long‑term partner relationships in a fast‑moving cybersecurity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects throughout the EMEA region.
• Execute structured outbound sequences via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess business and technical fit.
• Schedule high‑quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular pipeline reporting.
• Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
• Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, MSPs, or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fluent German language skills.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
