Reservations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Manager / Senior Travel Agent to lead our reservations and travel operations. The role involves overseeing flight bookings, ticketing, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage flight reservations, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and fare rule applications.
• Utilize Sabre and/or Amadeus GDS to process bookings efficiently.
• Coordinate with airline partners and handle complex reservation scenarios under pressure.
• Lead and mentor a team of travel agents, fostering high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism or related field is a strong advantage.
• Strong command of English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Management or team‑leadership experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sabre and/or Amadeus GDS.
• Experience using ALP and/or RedSabre systems.
• In‑depth knowledge of airline ticketing, reservations, reissues, cancellations, and fare rules.
