Project & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Project & Operations Manager to join our digital marketing/media team. In this position you will translate strategic goals into actionable tasks, oversee cross‑functional projects from concept to execution, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into actionable tasks and ensure smooth execution across all departments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to keep workflows efficient.
• Lead and support business‑application projects from concept through implementation.
• Manage operational processes, including documentation and task tracking, to meet business requirements.
• Define KPIs, maintain operational data, generate reports, and monitor performance.
• Use AI tools and automation to optimise workflows and improve efficiency.
• Support the COO in daily operations and company‑wide coordination.

• Adaptable, fast‑learning, and strong at problem‑solving.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Great at collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills.
