Brand Growth Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Brand Growth Lead to own and scale one of our consumer health and wellness brands, driving revenue from seven to eight figures. The role combines business ownership with cross‑functional leadership across acquisition, product, monetisation and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial performance and long‑term growth of the assigned brand.
• Develop and execute a strategy and roadmap to accelerate revenue, profitability, acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
• Identify high‑impact opportunities across acquisition, creative, conversion optimisation, pricing, offers, product, lifecycle and customer experience.
• Partner with performance‑marketing, product, creative, content, data and operations teams to align priorities and remove bottlenecks.
• Translate customer insights and data into hypotheses, experiments and scalable growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance, define success metrics and iterate through rapid experimentation.
• Leverage AI and modern tools to improve research, decision‑making and execution speed.

Required profile

• Proven track record of measurable business growth in DTC, consumer technology, subscription, e‑commerce or direct‑response businesses targeting the US market.
• Strong expertise in at least one area such as growth, product, performance marketing, CRO, lifecycle or monetisation.
• Exceptional analytical skills with deep understanding of growth metrics, customer behaviour and business economics.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
• Hands‑on experience using AI to improve work quality, speed and effectiveness.
