About the role

We are a fast‑growing global performance‑marketing company seeking an experienced PPC Team Lead to drive our online advertising efforts. You will lead a team of performance‑marketing specialists, shape campaign strategies, and ensure continuous growth and ROI for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of performance‑marketing specialists.
• Monitor performance metrics, adjust bids, and optimise for profit and ROI.
• Create campaign strategies, including ad copywriting and keyword research.
• Analyse market trends, extract insights and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to brainstorm new ideas and solutions.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a PPC Campaign Manager, Marketing Lead, Online Marketing Team Lead or Sales Team Leader.
• Proven experience in managing and developing teams.
• Digital Marketing course or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• High‑level written English.
• Strong attention to detail and results‑oriented mindset.
• Fast learner, adaptable, independent, well‑organized and structured.
• Creative and open‑minded attitude is an advantage.
