Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an excellent Project Manager to join our team in Israel. The position is permanent, full‑time and hybrid, reporting to the System Director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LTS Innovation and Technology projects through all phases, from initiation to full lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with design control requirements.
• Coordinate execution across matrixed, multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with R&D, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Verification and customers.
• Manage project financials, scope, timelines and development plans, analysing objectives, deliverables, resources, dependencies and critical paths.
• Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, core teams and senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3‑4 years of proven experience managing development projects in the medical device industry, preferably in combination products.
• Experience collaborating with global customers and engaging directly with senior leadership.
• Fluent English at mother‑tongue level and strong communication and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning and tracking.
