Experienced Clinical Research Associate (Israel)

About the role

Perform monitoring and site‑management activities to ensure study sites conduct clinical trials and report data in line with the protocol, applicable regulations, and sponsor requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, routine monitoring and close‑out) following GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Collaborate with sites to develop and track subject recruitment plans to meet project timelines.
• Provide protocol and study training to sites and maintain regular communication to address project expectations and issues.
• Assess site practices for quality and regulatory compliance, escalating issues when necessary.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, data queries and study progress.
• Maintain trial master file and investigator site file documentation in accordance with GCP and local regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; degree in a scientific discipline or health‑care preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of on‑site monitoring experience in clinical research.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Good therapeutic and protocol knowledge as provided through company training.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
