Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a next‑generation logistics centre for one of Israel’s largest retail groups. The project spans 100,000 sqm and combines extensive civil works with advanced automation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate and oversee the end‑to‑end execution of the logistics centre construction across all disciplines.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors, including architects, engineering consultants, construction firms, contractors and automation partners.
• Control project budget and schedule, monitor risks and ensure milestones are met.
• Supervise site activities, enforce quality standards and integrate building infrastructure with automated systems.
• Provide regular updates, progress reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex construction projects in industrial real estate, logistics facilities or infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with projects that integrate advanced automation and complex systems (highly advantageous).
• Demonstrated ability to manage contractors, construction firms, engineering consultants and design teams.
• Strong expertise in budget management, project scheduling, risk management and overall project controls.
• Excellent leadership, assertiveness, coordination skills and a high‑level systems‑thinking approach.
