Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing on‑site teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring that projects meet budget, schedule and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects throughout all phases.
• Lead on‑site project teams, including inspectors and quantity surveyors.
• Take responsibility for engineering and management aspects across the project lifecycle.
• Control project budgets, schedules, quality and construction performance.
• Lead on‑site construction activities while ensuring compliance with project objectives.
• Manage interfaces with clients, contractors, suppliers, designers and consultants.
• Coordinate all project stakeholders according to project stages.
• Lead negotiations and manage processes with project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Registered Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Practical Engineer (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction execution or supervision (mandatory).
• Proven experience in commercial and industrial construction projects (mandatory).
• High‑level technical English proficiency, both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Demonstrated experience managing work and project teams.
• Experience working with contractors, suppliers, designers and clients.
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach with excellent organisational abilities.
