MEP Supervisor – Complex Electromechanical Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of complex electromechanical systems across nationwide construction projects. The role involves overseeing HVAC, electrical, control, Building Management Systems (BMS), gas piping, and other building services from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise electromechanical systems throughout all project phases.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, monitoring performance against targets.
• Lead professional teams and coordinate interfaces between consultants, designers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Identify and resolve technical gaps, issues, and challenges during construction.
• Conduct negotiations and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Provide system‑oriented technical solutions and ensure successful project handover.

Required profile

• Registered Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineer or Practical Engineer (mandatory).
• Approximately 5 years of experience supervising complex construction systems.
• Proven experience with HVAC and electrical systems.
• High‑level technical English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience in construction/contracting environments is an advantage.
