Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join Chamelio, a fast‑moving VC‑backed legal intelligence startup. As the second marketing hire you will build the marketing function from the ground up, combining product marketing with general brand and field activities to help the market understand and adopt our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Write positioning, messaging and in‑app copy for new feature launches.
• Create sales collateral, battlecards, one‑pagers, product videos, website pages and case studies.
• Collaborate with a creative agency and internal designers to produce visual assets.
• Plan, organise and execute field events, meet‑ups, dinners and swag logistics.
• Produce newsletters, email and in‑app communications, as well as blog posts.
• Write and post LinkedIn content, event recaps and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Engage directly with customers to gather quotes, pain points and feedback for messaging.
• Support the sales team with enablement materials and respond to ad‑hoc marketing needs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with ownership of launches and sales enablement.
• Excellent storytelling ability – can translate technical features into compelling narratives.
• Comfortable working closely with sales, product and customers.
• Hands‑on experience running events on modest budgets.
• Bias to action and an owner‑mental‑ity; able to work independently without detailed scripts.
