IT Helpdesk

About the role

Vectorious is seeking an IT Helpdesk professional to provide first‑line technical support for its growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring that Windows workstations, laptops, printers and other peripherals operate smoothly, while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for Windows PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Prepare, deploy and configure computers for new employees.
• Manage IT inventory, including laptops, accessories, licenses and spare equipment.
• Maintain documentation, asset records and IT procedures.
• Assist with endpoint security tasks such as antivirus management, device encryption and security updates.
• Educate users on cybersecurity best practices and company IT policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (internships or military service accepted).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew with a good working knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Endpoint management tools such as Intune.
• Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Endpoint security, antivirus management and device encryption.
